Your SMS Gateway Hub store is live on Licofy. We handled for you: subdomain and HTTPS, database and file deployment, web server config, admin account, and all background jobs. This guide finishes the setup in about 10 minutes. Note: this product has two supply kinds ??? read Step 4 carefully so you connect each one the right way.
Step 1 ??? Log in and open your admin panel
Open https://YOUR-SUBDOMAIN.licofy.com/admin and log in with the admin email and password you set on the Complete setup page after purchase (the page shown at 100% provisioning). If you forget the password, use the store's Forgot password link.
Step 2 ??? SMTP (required for account emails)
Without SMTP your store cannot send password resets or notifications. Go to Admin → Settings → Connection and fill your SMTP host, port, encryption and credentials, then send a test mail.
Step 3 ??? Payments (how your customers pay you)
Open the payment gateways page in your admin panel and enable at least one method (bank transfer, wallet, or an online gateway). Add your receiving details and place a small test deposit to confirm money flows correctly.
Step 4 ??? Connect supply (two kinds)
ULTRA Numbers and ULTRA eSIM ??? your own account. Open the ULTRA/Telnyx settings pages in your SMS admin and paste your own account credentials. Top-ups and per-use charges hit your own account directly. The supply hub never touches this, and no wallet funding is needed for it.
Everything else ??? supply bridges. Where a bridge is offered for a section (SMS Verification, Rentals, eSIMs):
- Open supplier.licofy.com, go to Connect a supplier, pick the bridge and Generate key (copy it immediately), and copy the endpoint.
- Paste both into the section's provider page in your SMS admin.
- Open Wallet, select the bridge, Request top-up, transfer, and wait for approval.
- Back in your SMS admin, open the section and run Sync. A section that stays empty means it isn't connected yet ??? not that anything is broken.
Step 5 ??? Daily routine
Keep bridge wallets funded (orders pause automatically at zero), re-sync sections for fresh pricing, and rotate keys from the supply hub if one leaks. Cancelled upstream orders refund your wallet automatically.
