KeyStore — Complete Setup Guide (SMTP, Payments & Suppliers)

Your KeyStore store is live on Licofy. What we handled for you: subdomain and HTTPS, database and file deployment, Apache vhost, admin account, and all cron jobs (do not add cron entries yourself). This guide finishes the setup in about 10 minutes.

Step 1 — Log in to your admin panel

Open https://YOUR-SUBDOMAIN.repm.logrepublic.com/admin and log in with the admin email/password you set during purchase. You can also use the Open admin panel button on your licence page. If you forget the password, use the store's Forgot password link or ask the seller via the licence chat.

Step 2 — SMTP (required for order & account emails)

Without SMTP your store cannot send order confirmations, password resets, or low-stock alerts. The admin header will show a red SMTP banner until this is done.

Where: Admin → Cài đãt (Settings) → Kết nối (Connection) → card Cấu hình SMTP.

Fields (exact keys the script saves):

• smtp_status — Tr&meal;ng thái SMTP — set to Bật (Enabled).
• smtp_host — e.g. smtp.gmail.com or your provider's host.
• smtp_encryption — tls or ssl (provider docs).
• smtp_port — 587 for TLS, 465 for SSL.
• smtp_email — your SMTP account email/username.
• smtp_password — app password / API key from the provider.
• smtp_from_email — the From address buyers see (usually same as smtp_email).

What to do: Create an account at an email provider — for example Brevo, Mailgun, or SMTP2GO — generate SMTP credentials there, paste them into the seven fields above, Save, then click Test SMTP (button on this card) and verify a test email arrives.

Step 3 — Payment gateways (required to accept payments)

Important: Each gateway requires you to register at the provider platform to obtain API keys. Licofy does not provide them.

Where: Admin → Recharge / Payment sections — each gateway has its own page (e.g. recharge-paypal, recharge-korapay).

KeyStore ships these gateways (exact pages in your admin):

• PayPal — paypal_status, paypal_clientId, paypal_clientSecret, paypal_rate. Create app at developer.paypal.com.
• Korapay — korapay_status, korapay_secretKey, etc. Register at Korapay dashboard.
• SquadCo, Bakong, Dsociopay, MoneyMotion, OpenPix, Payssion, PocketFi, Tripay, Xipay, Thesieure, Tmweasyapi.
• Crypto / USDT — crypto_status, crypto_address, crypto_token (on recharge-crypto).
• Bank Transfer — recharge-bank / recharge-bank-config — add your bank name, account number, holder name.
• Card and Manual — generic card/manual instructions pages.

Enable only the gateways you have provider accounts for. Leave others disabled.

Step 4 — Product sources / Suppliers

If you resell digital keys, add your upstream supplier APIs:

Admin → Product API (Quản lý API) → Add API. Fill supplier URL and API key from that supplier's dashboard. Then link products to the supplier in Product → Edit.

Step 5 — Recommended hardening

• Confirm DEBUG=false (already set on Licofy). Do not turn debug on in production.
• Set hotline, store currency, and language in Settings → General.
• Enable 2FA for your admin account if available.
• Remove any install_*.php installer file if present in the store root.

Cron — already done

Do not create duplicate cron entries. Your KeyStore instance has four entries on Licofy's crontab (keyed by key_cron_job): cron/cron.php, process_email_queue.php / sending_email.php, check_live_stock.php, and task.php — running every minute via curl. If the admin home shows a red "CRON JOB" banner, contact support — do not add your own cron.
