LICOFY is a small, product-minded team building the infrastructure that powers a trusted developer marketplace. We believe great developer tools should work out of the box, which means we spend most of our time on reliability: licencing systems that never fail, hosted provisioning that happens in minutes, and support conversations that actually resolve problems. People who thrive here care about craft, ship small changes frequently, and treat a broken deployment as a debugging problem, not a blame problem.

What We Value

We value ownership. Everyone here owns a feature, a service, or a slice of the platform end to end, from design through operation. We value directness: good ideas win regardless of seniority, and feedback is given in the open. We value customer empathy: the roadmap is written by the bugs and questions we see from real sellers and buyers, not by guesses. And we value resilience: a marketplace is only as good as its last uptime, so we invest in monitoring, testing, and calm incident response.

What We Work On

The technical surface area is broad and interesting: the licencing and activation API that gates editions, features, and domains; the hosted provisioning pipeline that stands up isolated per-customer instances; the seller dashboard with sales analytics, plans, coupons, and payouts; the marketplace storefront with search, filtering, reviews, and wishlists; the notification and messaging systems that connect buyers, sellers, and support; and the admin tooling that keeps the whole platform safe and well run. Depending on the role you might touch Laravel, PHP, MySQL, Redis, Tailwind and vanilla JavaScript, Nginx and the surrounding Linux infrastructure, or the data layers that connect them all.

How We Work

We work in small vertical teams with short cycles. A typical project starts with a problem statement, moves through a lightweight design, and ships as a minimal version that is improved continuously based on real usage. We keep a public changelog and an API status page because we believe transparency is a feature, not a cost. There are no pointless meetings by default, and written communication is preferred so that context travels with the work.

Open Roles

Our hiring is selective and sometimes quiet. Open roles are announced through our blog, social channels, and direct outreach rather than a static careers list, because we prefer to hire people who found the work compelling before they found the job title. That said, we are almost always interested in talking to backend engineers with Laravel experience, frontend engineers who care about clean interfaces, and support-minded generalists who can triage from a bug report all the way to a fix.
